These last couple of months have been quite something! Talk about change and adaptation...! We all stayed home and suddenly life went virtual. It brought us lemons and we made deliciously nutritious lemonade. And what an abundance of beautiful moments we have created together!
A nourishing feeling of connection
A steep learning curve
What next?
International Biodanza Day
I celebrated this special day by attending an online conference organised in Italy which attracted around 100 people from around the world - and enjoyed lots of interesting talks on a variety of themes like ethics, connection, solidarity, uncertainty, health, joy, poetry and courage. Most of the talks were given in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, but if you are interested you can read the transcript of the talk on the numinous unconscious in English.

RESEARCH: BIODANZA & EMERGENCY ADAPTATION STRATEGIES
a burst of creativity!
On top of it all, I had the opportunity to be part of Creativity & Wellbeing Week and offered to host 4 events. Another lovely opportunity was to hear about the clinical Biodanza work being done in Portugal and Italy without having to step outside - all thanks to the organisers of the Biodanza and Health Online Conference. |
Gratitude Corner
Finally, I´d like to say a big thank you to the Biodanza Association UK teachers and to the London School for all the opportunities to dance and connect - and to the Dorset School for being so inviting. To Karen Luedtke for an amazing being-centred coaching session and to Antonio Sarpe for his 1:1 mentoring session. And to all with whom I have been blessed to share some time - thank you, thank you, thank you!!! |
