Per and Paola have accepted the invitation to be part of this citywide campaign. They will be giving a free taster on Saturday 6 May at this exciting outdoor event. The Sports & Physical Activity Festival will take place at the Millennium Square from 12-3pm. The Biodanza taster will be around 2pm. People of all ages are welcome to join in the fun and discover a pleasurable way of staying healthy.
"I'm delighted to be part of this event," said Per, who is from the Netherlands, where Biodanza is a household name. "Staying active is important, and Biodanza is a very enjoyable system that is suitable for everyone."
"Events like this are great because the free tasters give people the chance to try out new classes," added Paola, who teaches in Bristol. "Come along and say hello. We'll be available for a chat and can answer your questions about Biodanza. And don't worry - no experience is required. Above all, expect a lot of fun!"
Biodanza, which translates as the dance of life, is a system that uses the power of movement to music to promote whole health and wellbeing. It helps you to get active at your own pace, and also to learn to slow down and relax. It started in Chile in the 1960s and is now enjoyed all over the world. To find out more email [email protected]
