BIODANZA is a system of personal growth and human integration that uses the power of music and movement in a group setting to help you reclaim the wholeness of your Being and develop your multifaceted human potentials so that you can live life to the fullest.
SHAMANISM is a way of connecting with life, which has been present in humanity since ancient times. Human beings have been communicating with plants and animals and have been respecting the cycles of nature ever since the paleolithic period. In Siberia, shamans were spiritual leaders who gave people access to ecstatic states induced by drums, rituals, dances and songs, which enabled them to connect with spirit guides that would help them on the path of healing and inner peace. Shamanism spread throughout Europe and America in many ways.
Shamanism is timeless and universal and can always be accessed from within. We all have an inner shaman which can be awakened as we rediscover the connection with our internal and external nature.
Shamanism is a spiritual practice that is not associated to any religious belief. It is an ancient expression of humanity, an ancestral system of connection with the different planes of reality. In a respectful and careful way, current day shamanism brings the possibility of this way of life to modern human beings.
